Senza Riguardo alla persona
Sans considération de personne
Without Respect of Person

....a wordplay with a legal terminus technicus for legal procedures
Judges have to decide "Without Respect of Person...."
...a principle that shall protect everybody without looking upon personal wealth, status, social position etc....
but unfortunatley often it is a procedure without adequate respect of person...
without taking the person into consideration.....
Every principle is only as well done as the persons who give life to the principle in daily life.......
