Green Season

Earlier than during the last year I found the first green friends. I am not quite sure if this might be only a personal impression or an objective reality. But without any doubt I do enjoy it more and more from year to year to look after them walking around the market. How Do You feel about that - the same impression ?

Going along with this impression I recognize, that I am fond of reducing the ingredients of my receiptures to a minimum at the moment. That's not only a consequence of my intense works creating my new postershop and a lot of new foto series, but it's going hand in hand very fine with few time. I have to confess that.

I love my daily food ideas actually light, and more salad than sweets. And during some food photo works I detected an intense love to experience more of some exotic spices, like cardamom. It's an excellent spice to work with creating ice cream and chocolates. I'll report about that part of my works during the next posts.

And about some few "green leaves" from "kitchen's garden", where the first seeds are already looking into the light.

By the way : There is a new fan of my kitchen's garden looking at the first green friends growing up !! A new member in our rooms. A little bit shy but he loves some of those herbes even more than I do.
Here You find some first impressions, caught some hours after I adopted him yesterday. He's 5 weeks old, a really little baby as You can see. ;-)

I hope to be able to show You more and better pictures about him, it's a nice idea see him upcome as a sweet little model with his small black eyes and his charming look that captured my heart in a time of only seconds.

Pommes de Terre

J'ai eu un mois plein de travail et malheureusement pas assez de temps pour écrire plus ici. Très domage, mais c'est aussi un fait, que j'aimerai bien parler mieux francais et d'exprimer des mots pour les recettes ici. C'était grand joie pour mois de lire tous les comments gentils des semaines passées - merci à tous !! Je cherche encore comment écrire les descriptions pour les photos et comment faire avec les details. C'est pas difficile pour moi en allemand et avec l'anglais. Mais peu à peu je vais essayer en francais aussi, promis, mes complices de la cuisine ! ;-) et merci mille fois pour votre visites et commentaires ici - ils m'encouragent de continuer. MERCI.
Pour aujourd'hui j'ai seulements quelques variations des pommes de terre. Ils semblent fragiles, je pense. Mais ils ne font pas trop de travail. On fait des pommes de terre en robe de champs. Pressez les pommes et alors il y a des variations avec la crème fleurette, des herbes, avec du caviar de la truite, avec la ciboulette.
